Containers have a Logic parameter (formerly known as “On”-parameter), which makes it appear according to a property’s logical evaluation.
This parameter used to be able to have an alternative output which was controlled by the sequence of parameters in the Container - back when the Containers were still written by hand.
With the introduction of graphical Container assistants, we decided to drop this parameter, so that one container can only have one alternative to its primary output.
All other configurations can just as easyily be achieved with Text containers. Containers themselves got a lot more readable because of that.
