We have added a new payment method for our customers: you can now pay your fees via SEPA-direct debit. Via direct debit, we automatically deduct your bank account as soon as your invoice is posted, avoiding any kind of banking delay or misplaced invoices.
If you want your existing payment changed to direct debit, please contact us via chat, or create a ticket. We will then setup the SEPA Mandate for your account.
With this latest change, the following payment options are available now:
- Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Direct Debit (SEPA)
- Invoices with Bank Transfer (for Customers in Editor Standard plan and higher)
